Low Carb & Low Sugar Chocolate Chunk Cookies
- 2 cups Oat Flour
- 3/4 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 whole Egg
- 1/4 cups Nonfat Yogurt
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cups Fat Free Milk
- 1/2 cups Stevia In The Raw
- 3- 1/2 ounces, weight 85% Dark Chocolate Bar, Roughly Chopped
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees .
- In a bowl combine oat flour, baking soda, and salt and set aside.
- In another bowl, beat egg and mix with yogurt, milk, and stevia, until thoroughly combined.
- Mix wet ingredients with dry, then add it dark chocolate chunks.
- Scoop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
