Low Carb & Low Sugar Chocolate Chunk Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees .
  2. In a bowl combine oat flour, baking soda, and salt and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat egg and mix with yogurt, milk, and stevia, until thoroughly combined.
  4. Mix wet ingredients with dry, then add it dark chocolate chunks.
  5. Scoop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
