Tina's Broccoli Casserole
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- Crushed buttery crackers
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- Boil broccoli unti tender, drain.
- Melt VELVEETA and add soup, milk and a small amount of crushed crackers.
- Add your broccoli and mix well.
- Pour all together into a greased 13x9-inch baking pan (or pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray) and spread crushed crackers evenly over the top.
- Pour melted butter sparingly over the crackers.
- Bake at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes.
