Betty Ewing's Jalapeno Corn Bread Recipe

  1. Mix above ingredients in order of succession, dry ingredients first, then add in the rest.
  2. Mix only till just wetted.
  3. Don't overmix.
  4. Pour into well greased and floured baking dish.
  5. Bake at 400-degrees for 35 min.
