Brighton Beach Breeze

• 1 ounce Sorel liqueur
• 1 ounce vodka
• 1 ounce coconut water
• 1 ounce pomegranate juice
• Club soda
• Sprig of mint
• Lime wedge

1. Shake first four ingredients with ice.
2. Pour over fresh ice into a highball glass, top with club soda.
3. Garnish with mint and lime.
