MZ - White chocolate tiramisu'

  1. Separate the egg yolk from the white and keep them in 2 separate bowls
  2. Whisk the egg white until become a solid texture.
  3. In the other bowl, whisk the yolk and add the sugar until become smooth.
  4. Then add the mascarpone and the previous melted white chocolate.
  5. (Microwave helps)
  6. To finish add to the mix the thick egg white.
  7. Taste it mmhhhh.
  8. In a separate bowl whip the double cream until thick but still liquid.
  9. Probably the same texture from mix in step 5.
  10. Pour the milk in a cereal bowl, slice in half(verticaly) the cup sponge cake and dip them in the milk.
  11. (Just for a quick soak)
  12. Put the soaked sponges as base in a service container.
  13. Pour over some of the mix.
  14. Also on top of the mix pour some of the double cream covering nicely.
  15. Do step 8 and 9 many times as needed.
  16. But in the last layer make sure you do not pour the double cream at the end.
  17. Just the mix.
  18. Flat the last surface and grate the kinder bar on top to decorate.
  19. Sometimes I use white chocolate.
