Boysenberry Trifle Recipe
- 16 ounce Lb. cake, in 18 slices
- 2 pkt (3 ounce) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 jar (18 oz) Boysenberry jam
- 1 1/2 pt Fresh Boysenberries Whipped cream Fresh Boysenberries, for garnish
- Arrange one-thrid of sliced cake on the bottom of a trifle dish or possibly large decorative bowl.
- Prepare pudding according to package directions.
- Place one-third more cake pcs around inside of bowl, using half of pudding to hold them in place.
- Gently stir together jam and Boysenberries.
- Spoon half of jam mix over pudding.
- Cover with remianing cake pcs.
- Layer remaining pudding and Boysenberry mix.
- Chill.
- Garnish with whipped cream and fresh Boysenberries.
