Cranberry Stuffing

  1. Mix broth, celery, onion in saucepan.
  2. Heat to boil, cover and cook for 5 minutes on low, or until the veggies are tender.
  3. Add fresh or frozen cranberries 2 minutes into the boil.
  4. Avoid heavy stirring so as not to burst the cranberries.
  5. Add stuffing; mix lightly.
  6. Season with pepper.
