Buffalo Chicken Dip
- 3 boneless chicken breasts, skinless boiled and shredded
- 1 (12 ounce) jarchunky blue cheese dressing (I like Maries brand)
- 2 (8 ounce) cream cheese
- 1 cup hot sauce (I only use Franks Original hot sauce)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Boil the chicken breast for about 20 minutes or until done.
- Remove to a plate to cool.
- Shred chicken when cooled.
- In a sauce pan combine the blue cheese dressing, cream cheese, and the hot sauce.
- Whisk over medium heat until well combined.
- Fold in the chicken.
- Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with pretzel crackers.
