Beer Soaked Flank Steak
- 1- 1/2 pound Flank Steak, Trimmed Of Fat, Washed And Patted Dry
- 12 ounces, fluid Beer
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce (up To 1 Tablespoon If You Like It More Spicy)
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

- In a 9x13 inch pan combine beer, olive oil, brown sugar, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Add the beef, flip it a couple times to make sure its covered, and then put it in the refrigerator and let it marinate for 2 to 24 hours.
- Make sure to turn it a few times during the marinating time.
- I like to marinate mine overnight.

- Remove beef from marinade (save the marinadeyoull need it later) and preheat a grill over medium high heat.
- Add the beef and cook it for 4 minutes on each side.
- Then remove it from the heat.
- Let it rest, covered loosely with foil, for 10 minutes.

- Meanwhile, place the leftover marinade in a saucepan and heat over medium high heat.
- Add hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
- Boil the mixture for about 10 minutes to reduce it.
- The sauce may foam, so keep an eye on it.

- Slice beef against the grain and spoon sauce over the top.
