Goat Cheese and Red Pepper Wraps

  1. Place each wrap on a serving plate.
  2. Spread thinly with goat cheese, leaving about a 1/2-inch edge all around.
  3. Scatter the red pepper strips over the goat cheese, and sprinkle with the cilantro if desired.
  4. Repeat with the remaining wrap.
  5. Roll up and microwave just until warmed, about 40 seconds.
  6. Cut in half crosswise and eat out of hand.
