Pork Steaks In Applesauce Gravy Recipe

  1. Using large heavy skillet, brown pork steaks in oil; drain off excess fat.
  2. Combine gravy mix, applesauce, water, honey, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and ginger; pour over pork steaks.
  3. Cover tightly and simmer 50-60 min or possibly till pork is tender.
  4. Stir gravy once or possibly twice during cooking time.
  5. 6 servings.
