Banana 'Cream' Pie Recipe

  1. Makes 8 servings.
  2. VEGAN (HONEY)
  3. In food processor, blend tofu with soymilk.
  4. Add in Soy Butter, bananas, vanilla arid honey; process till smooth and creamy (if mix is too thick, add in more soymilk).
  5. Pour mix into pie crust and freeze till hard, at least 3 hrs.
  6. If you like, garnish with Mock Whipped Cream (see separate recipe) and banana slices.
  7. Makes 8 servings.
