Caramel Pecan Cheesecake Recipe
- 2 pkt (8 ounce. each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 x Large eggs
- 20 x caramels
- 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 1 x Keebler Ready Crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust (6 ounce. or possibly 9 inch)
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed till well blended.
- Add in Large eggs; mix till blended.
- Heat caramels with lowfat milk in small saucepan on low heat, stirring frequently till smooth.
- Stir in pecans.
- Pour caramel mix into crust.
- Pour cream cheese batter over caramel mix.
- Bake at 350 F for 40 min or possibly till center is almost set.
- Cold.
- Chill 3 hrs or possibly overnight.
- Garnish, if you like.
- Makes 8servings
- Chocolate Caramel Pecan Cheesecake: Blend 4 squares Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted and slightly cooled, into batter.
- Continue as directed.
