Quiche Lorraine
- 1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 400-g pkg.)
- 6 slices bacon cooked, crumbled
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Swiss Au Gratin Cheese
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup each milk and half-and-half
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Prepare crust in 9-inch pie plate as directed on package for one-crust filled pie.
- Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion onto bottom of pie crust.
- Whisk remaining ingredients until blended; pour over ingredients in pie crust.
- Place on rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 45 to 50 min.
- or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean and top is golden brown.
- Let stand 10 min.
- before cutting to serve.
