Chicken Riggies
- 1 whole Green Pepper, Diced
- 1 container (6-8 Oz. Container) Mushrooms, Sliced
- 1 can (4 Oz. Can) Sliced Black Olives
- 2 whole Diced Chicken Breasts, Uncooked
- 1 jar (26 Oz. Jar) Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 jar (16 Oz. Jar) Alfredo Sauce
- 1 box (16 Oz. Box) Rigatoni
- 1.
- Combine pepper, mushrooms, black olives, chicken and spaghetti sauce in a crock pot.
- 2.
- Set crock pot to low and allow to cook for a few hours.
- For speedier cooking, use the stove or set crock pot to high.
- 3.
- When chicken and vegetables are done, about 20 minutes prior to eating, add Alfredo sauce and stir.
- 4.
- Cook rigatoni to al dente, or preferred texture.
- 5.
- When pasta is done, combine with sauce and serve.
