Summer Fruit Slaw
- 1-1/4 gal. green cabbage, shredded
- 2/3 cup celery, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. green onions, sliced
- 2-1/2 cups canned mandarin oranges, drained, liquid reserved
- 1/2 cup reserved liquid from drained mandarin oranges
- 2-1/2 cups KRAFT Light CATALINA Reduced Fat Dressing
- 1/2 cup dry roasted sunflower kernels
- Mix cabbage, celery and onions in large bowl.
- Add reserved orange liquid and dressing; toss to coat.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until chilled.
- Sprinkle with sunflower kernels just before serving.
