Square Truffles
- 50 ml Heavy cream
- 100 grams Chocolate
- 1 knob Butter
- Pour the heavy cream in the saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Add finely chopped chocolate and mix to melt.
- When the chocolate has melted in the heavy cream, remove from heat.
- Then add the butter and melt it into the chocolate mixture.
- Pour into a mold and chill in the fridge.
- Slice into desired sizes and sprinkle cocoa powder at the end.
- You can also make round truffles with this recipe!
- Just roll into balls instead of a square.
