Scalloped Pinapple

  1. Mix sugar, butter, milk, and beaten egg yolks together.
  2. Stir in pinapple, mix well.
  3. Stir in bread cubes; mix until all bread is covered.
  4. Beat egg whites until stiff and they form peaks.
  5. Fold into pinapple mixture.
  6. Pour into a 2-1/2 quart baking dish greased with butter or you can use a spray.
  7. Bake at 375F for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. You can serve warm or make ahead and serve cold.
