Alfredo Style Sauce Recipe

  1. 1/2 C. evaporated skim lowfat milk 1/2 tsp.
  2. chicken bouillon 1/2 tsp.
  3. dry basil 1/4 tsp.
  4. freshly grnd black pepper cayenne - to taste
  5. Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; process till smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
  6. Pour into a small saucepan; cook sauce over low heat, stirring constantly, till thoroughly heated.
  7. NOTE: The above nutrition information was based on this recipe making 6 servings, but in reality normal humans will not be able to get more than 4 main-course servings out of this at best.
