Carne Asada Fries

  1. Wash and skin potatoes.
  2. Then cut up potatoes into fries.
  3. Oil pan using any oil of your choice but I find using Manteca helps the potatoes get crisp and gives it great texture.
  4. On medium heat, heat up oil in pan untill hot.
  5. Then add in the cut up fries.
  6. Let brown on each side and leave in untill fries are soft.
  7. Set aside and season to taste when all fries are golden brown.
  8. (The crispier the better.)
  9. Next in separate pan add carne asada and ground beef and all seasonings.
  10. Brown all meat together.
  11. And set aside.
  12. In separate pan add refried beans and heavy whipping cream.
  13. Stir untill hot.
  14. And now for the layering.
  15. Add fries on a plate, then layer with beans.
  16. Add meat then queso (cheese).
  17. Top off with 2 dollops of creama (sour cream) and guacamole.
  18. Enjoy

asada, ground beef, creama, guacamole, queso fresco, beans, salt, worcestershire sauce, ground black pepper, garlic, heavy whipping cream, potatoes
