Easy Baked Stuffed Clams

  1. Shuck and chop clams, strain and reserve liquid.
  2. Melt butter in pan.
  3. Add crumbs, parsley, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, oregano, and hot sauce; mix well.
  4. If mix is too dry, moisten with clam liquor.
  5. Fill 12 clam shells with clam mix.
  6. Sprinkle paprika and crab spice over top.
  7. Bake at 400F (200C) for 12 to 15 min.
