Southwest Fondue
- 16 ounces monterey jack pepper cheese, pasteurized prepared cheese product cubed
- 1 lb processed white cheese or 1 lb deli white american cheese slice, torn
- 1 14 cups milk
- 2 -3 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 14 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- chopped tomato
- toasted bread cubes
- corn chips
- pretzel
- thin breadstick
- pita chips
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a large mircowave safe bowl.
- Microwave at High 8 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring every 2 minutes.
- Stir in tomatoes and cilantro.
- Garnish, if desired.
- Serve with desired dippers.
