Buffalo Turkey Salad Recipe
- 1/2 c. crumbled Roquefort cheese
- 1/2 c. half-and-half cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise tsp. warm pepper sauce
- 2 c. 1/2 inch cubes white or possibly dark cooked turkey meat Lettuce leaves Crumbled Roquefort cheese
- In medium bowl, combine cheese with half-and-half till well blended.
- Stir in mayonnaise and warm pepper sauce.
- Add in turkey and toss till well coated with dressing.
- Serve salad on lettuce leaves with a little more Roquefort crumbled on each serving.
