Creamy Frozen Raspberry Cheesecake

  1. Mix crumbs and butter in 9-inch springform pan; press onto bottom of pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  3. Add sherbet; mix well.
  4. Stir in chopped chocolate; pour over crust.
  5. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Remove from freezer 10 min.
  7. before serving; let stand at room temperature to soften slightly.
