Billy Bob's Texas Style Chili
- 10 pounds ground chuck (ground beef)
- 1 cup red pepper flakes
- 1 cup chili powder
- 3/4 cups paprika
- 1/2 cup cumin
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
- 1/4 cup salt
- 18 cup red pepper flakes crushed
- 1 pound suet
- 3 quarts water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Add fat first, then meat and seasonings to fat.
- Add water after it cooks 2 hours.
- Twenty minutes before serving add sugar.
- Cook 3 hours total.
- Stir occasionally.
- Good with raw chopped onion on top.
