Beer Battered Fish with Lemon Pepper Mayonnaise

  1. PLACE the potato wedges on a baking tray, spray with oil, season and bake in a hot oven 200oC for 30-45 minutes or until tender.
  2. COMBINE the mayonnaise, lemon and pepper.
  3. PLACE the fish on the serving plates and serve with a dollop of the Lemon Pepper Mayonnaise and wedges.
  4. Serve immediately.
