Sir Douglas' Easy Ketchup

  1. Combine all of the ingrediants in a nonreactive bowl, and blend well.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one month.
  3. Simmer all of the ingrediants in a saucepan if you like for 30 minutes.
  4. I have omitted salt from this recipe.
  5. I have never tried Stevia for the sweetener thus giving you a sugar-free/sodium-free ketchup.

tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, stock, ground cinnamon, mustard powder, ground cloves, ground allspice, brown sugar
