Braised Leeks and Green Beans

  1. In a large skillet, heat sherry and oil over medium high heat.
  2. Add leeks and cook, stirring frequently, for 3 minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms and beans.
  4. Saute until the mushrooms begin to exude moisture, about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the remaining ingredients and remove from heat.
  6. Serve warm.
