Air Fryer Banana Bread
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 kosher salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 banana sliced lengthwise and sanding sugar (optional)
- Spray baking pan(s) with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. Preheat air fryer to 305-310-degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, almond flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt; whisk to combine.
- In a separate bowl mix sugar, buttermilk, egg, vanilla, canola oil and mashed banana.
- Add wet ingredients to dry and gently fold until completely combined.
- Pour batter into pan(s) and top with sliced banana and sprinkle with sanding sugar, if using.
- Transfer pan(s) to the fryer basket. Cook for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of the bread(s). Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before removing from the pan(s).
