Strawberry Chiffon Pie
- 1 Pkg. Jello (Strawberry flavor) ( 4 serving size )
- 1 cup (225 ml) Boiling Water
- 2 cups (475 ml) Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 cup (225 ml) Fresh Strawberries ( sweetened if desired )
- 1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- Whipping Cream to decorate
- Bake Pie Crust for 6 - 9 minutes per package directions.
- Dissolve Jell-o Powder in Boiling Water.
- Stir in Ice Cream until melted.
- Chill until almost set.
- Fold Strawberries into Jell-o mix.
- Pour into prepared Pie Crust.
- Chill until firm (about 6 hours ).
- Garnish with Strawberries and Whipped Cream.
