Baked Ravioli Appetizer
- 1 box (20 Oz. Box) Ravioli, Doesn't Matter What Kind
- 1/2 sticks Melted Butter
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1/2 cups Milk Or Cream
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1- 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
- 3/4 cups Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1) Preheat oven to 350 F.
- 2) Whisk together melted butter, eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix bread crumbs and cheese.
- 3) Place an even layer of ravioli in a 13x9 glass baking dish OR whatever size roasting pan you have (frozen or thawed, doesnt matter).
- 4) Pour 1/4 of the milk mixture, then sprinkle 1/4 of the crumb mixture over the ravioli.
- Repeat layering until all ravioli and liquid/dry mixes are used.
- 5) Place in the oven for 25-ish minutes, or until the top is brown and pasta is soft.
- 6) Place ravioli in a pretty serving dish, provide toothpicks for fingerfood or a serving spoon if youre using plates.
- Serve alongside marinara and pesto dipping sauces!
