Steamed Sweet Bread with Strawberry Jam Made with Pancake Mix

• 150 grams Pancake mix
• 10 grams Sugar
• 1 Egg
• 100 ml Milk
• 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
• 1 Strawberry jam

1. Combine the marked ingredients in a bowl.
2. Pour the mixture into the silicon cups 60% full.
3. Add a small spoonful of strawberry jam to each cup and stir 2~3 times.
4. Heat some water in a steamer.
5. When it starts to steam, place the silicon cups in it and steam for about 12 minutes over low heat.
6. Insert a toothpick into the center of the bread and if it comes out clean, it's done.
7. A version with chocolate chips..
