Chicken kabobs

  1. Preheat grill on med/high heat.
  2. Mix chicken olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Side aside and cut veggies.
  4. Skew any order you like.
  5. Place on preheated grill.
  6. Grill each side about 5-6 minutes, watch for burning the veggies.
  7. Let rest 7-10 min.
  8. Eat right off the skewer or remove and enjoy....
