Chicken Lettuce Wraps

  1. Mix vinaigrette, cilantro and chili-garlic sauce.
  2. Pour 1-1/2 cups of the dressing mixture (or 1 Tbsp.
  3. of the dressing mixture for trial recipe) over chicken in large bowl; mix lightly.
  4. For each serving: Top 1 lettuce leaf with 3 each pepper and mango strips, 1 Tbsp.
  5. mushrooms, about 1 oz.
  6. chicken and 1/2 tsp.
  7. onions; roll up.
  8. Repeat to make second wrap.
  9. Serve with 2 Tbsp.
  10. of the remaining dressing mixture in ramekin as a dipping sauce.
