Chicken Lettuce Wraps
- 4-1/2 cups KRAFT Lime Cilantro Vinaigrette
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup chili-garlic sauce
- 3 qt. cooked chicken, shredded Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 48 each Bibb lettuce leaves
- 4 each red peppers, each cut into 18 strips
- 4 each mangos, each cut into 18 strips Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09
- 3 cups shiitake mushrooms, sliced, sauteed,
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- to taste salt and black pepper
- Mix vinaigrette, cilantro and chili-garlic sauce.
- Pour 1-1/2 cups of the dressing mixture (or 1 Tbsp.
- of the dressing mixture for trial recipe) over chicken in large bowl; mix lightly.
- For each serving: Top 1 lettuce leaf with 3 each pepper and mango strips, 1 Tbsp.
