Perfect Gravy Recipe

  1. Blend shortening and flour till smooth.
  2. (Stir in Kitchen Bouquet if wanting to make brown gravies.)
  3. Chill mix in a covered container till needed for gravy making.
  4. Add in 3 Tbsp.
  5. mix for each c. of liquid.
  6. (Pan juices, water, etc.)
  7. Cook and stir till gravy thickens and bubbles.
  8. Season gravy as desired.
