Tantalizing Chicken Kabobs
- 23 cup olive oil
- 14 cup lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 -3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 14 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 18 even pieces
- 1 green pepper, cut into pieces
- 2 green onions, cut into pieces
- Whisk together olive oil, Realemon lemon juice, garlic, worcestershire sauce, thyme, brown sugar, salt & pepper.
- Reserve 1/4 cup and set aside.
- Onto each of the six skewers, alternately thread 3 chicken pieces, with 3 pepper pieces.
- Finish with one piece of green onion.
- Arrange in shallow glass bowl.
- Pour all but 1/4 cup marinade over kabobs.
- Cover and let stand 30-60 minutes.
- Place kabobs on greased grill over medium-high heat.
- Cook, turning occasionally for 8-10 minutes or until desired doneness.
- Serve drizzled with reserved marinade.
