Savory Pot Roast
- 1/4 cup vinegar red wine
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, tamari
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon rosemary leaves
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard dry
- 1 x beef pot roast
- Mix ingredients well in a blender, and pour over your pot roast.
- Cook until tender, 8- 10 hours on Low.
