Baked Onion Rings
- 1 whole Large Yellow Onion
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cups Italian Dried Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cups Crushed Corn Flakes
- Slice the onion into thin rings.
- Place all rings in a baking dish or large bowl.
- Pour the buttermilk over the rings.
- Cover, and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Mix together the breadcrumbs, panko and corn flakes in a shallow plate or bowl.
- Dip each soaked ring into the crumb mixture and coat well.
- Place each coated ring onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 1012 minutes or until golden brown!
