Green beans casserole

  1. Wash and trim green beans.
  2. Peel and cut the onion in cubes.Heat tye oil in a pan, add the onion cubes and cook until transparent.
  3. Add the beans and stir well until the grean beans are coated eith the oil.Add the salt, the chopped tomatos and the sliced garlic clove.Stir well and add 2 cups of water.Cook for 20 minutes or until the beans are tender and the sauce is thick.
  4. You can optionally add a large potato cut in cubes after it's peeled before adding the water.
