Mexiquiche

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Press your pie shell into a pre formed pan.
  3. Pie pan or quiche pan.
  4. I am using a quiche pan from Target.
  5. I love it because you can pop the whole quiche out of the pan.
  6. Cook ground turkey.
  7. Add 2 tbs taco seasoning and a dribble of oil.
  8. I use olive but veg oil is fine.
  9. Coat the bottom of your pie shell with the cooked meat
  10. Mix together eggs, salsa, 2 tbs taco seasoning milk and cheese in a bowl.
  11. Pour egg mixure over meat.
  12. Make sure it coats all the meat.
  13. If not, add another egg and a bit of milk til right.
  14. Put in the oven and cook 45 min.
  15. Poke the middle with a knife or toothpick.
  16. If it comes out clean, it's done.
  17. If not, put it in the oven and check every 3 to 5 min.
