Chocolate & Cream Cheese Crunch Recipe

  1. Mix butter, flour and minced nuts and press into a 13"x9" pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
  3. Cold completely.
  4. Cream the cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  5. Mix in 1 c. Cold Whip.
  6. Spread over first layer.
  7. Mix pudding mixes and lowfat milk and add in this over cream cheese mix.
  8. Spread remaining Cold Whip over pudding.
  9. Grate the chocolate bar over top.
