Glazed Ham With Potato Patties Recipe
- 1/2 c. apricot jam
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1 3/4 inch slice fully cooked ham, fat edges slashed
- 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. frzn potato patties
- 3 tbsp. butter, melted
- Salt and paprika to taste
- Mix first 3 ingredients.
- Place ham and potato patties on broiler pan rack; spread half the apricot glaze on ham.
- Brush patties with half the butter.
- Broil 3 inches from heat for 6 min.
- Turn ham and patties.
- Spread ham with remaining glaze; spread patties with remaining butter.
- Add in salt and paprika, broil for 6 min.
- Yield: 4 servings.
