Cheesy Potato & Ham Skillet

• 1 lb. potatoes, thinly sliced (3 cups) Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
• 1-1/2 cups water
• 1/2 lb. ham steak, cut into thin strips
• 1 cup KRAFT Cheddar CLASSIC MELTS Cheddar & American
• 1/4 cup milk
• 2 green onions, sliced
• 1 tsp. dry mustard
• 1/4 tsp. pepper

1. Bring potatoes and water to boil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
2. Simmer on medium-low heat 20 min.
3. or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
4. (Do not drain.)
5. Add remaining ingredients; stir gently.
6. Cook until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.
