Burritos Made Easy

  1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain off fat.
  2. To meat mixture, add canned chili, salsa, and green chilies.
  3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
  4. Spoon about 1/2 cupful of beef mixture off-center on each tortilla.
  5. Top each with a slice of cheese; roll up.
  6. Serve with taco sauce and lettuce if desired.
