Twinkie Cake

  1. Bake the cake according to package directions in a greased and floured 9x13 pan.
  2. Cool completely.
  3. Cut in half lengthwise.
  4. Cook flour and milk, bringing to a boil until thick.
  5. Cool completely!
  6. In a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients to the milk.
  7. MIx on high for 8 minutes.
  8. Put bottom half of cake back in the pan and spread filling over it.
  9. Top with the other half of the cake.
  10. Keep refrigerated.
