Chicken With Herb And Wine Sauce Recipe
- 6 chicken cutlets
- 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 stick butter
- Flour
- Egg
- Bread crumbs
- 1 c. white wine
- Oregano, marjoram, salt & pepper
- Flatten chicken cutlets.
- Put slice of Mozzarella cheese on cutlet and roll cutlet.
- Put roll in flour, Large eggs, then bread crumbs.
- Place in baking dish.
- Heat butter on stove and add in oregano, marjoram, salt, pepper.
- Pour over chicken, cover with foil.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 min.
- Take foil off and add in 1 c. white wine.
- Bake for another 30 min at 350 degrees.
