Easy Muffin Pizzas Recipe

• 1 pkg. English muffins
• 1 1/2 pound sausage
• 1/2 pound hamburger
• 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
• 1 can diced mushrooms, diced
• 1 onion, diced
• 1 pkg. pepperoni
• 1 jar pizza sauce (Chef-boy-ar-dee)

1. Brown meats and drain.
2. Place muffin halves onto lightly buttered pizza pan.
3. Spread a pat of butter over each muffin, then pizza sauce.
4. Add in pepperoni and sausage-hamburger onto each individual muffin.
5. Add in mushrooms, onions, Mozzarella cheese and top with Parmesan cheese.
6. If you prefer a lighter sauce instead of Chef-boy-ar-dee use a medium can Contadina sauce with just a smidget of oregano mixed together.
7. Bake just till muffins are brown at about 325 degrees.
8. Makes a great snack or possibly for a meal.
