Mango Nut Bread Recipe

  1. Cream together butter and sugar; beat in Large eggs.
  2. Stir in mango and lemon juice.
  3. Combine dry ingredients and stir into mango mix.
  4. Add in vanilla, nuts, and raisins.
  5. Bake in a greased loaf pan at 375 degrees for 50 min or possibly till a wooden skewer inserted in the center of cake comes out clean.
  6. Cold on wire cake racks.
  7. This bread freezes very well.
