Blue Cheese & Avocado Chicken Salad Pita
- 1/4 cups Blue Cheese, Crumbled
- 1 cup Cooked Chicken Breast, Diced
- 2 whole Celery Ribs Diced
- 2 whole Green Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 1 whole Tomato, Seeded And Diced
- 1/4 cups Plain Yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 2 pieces Pita Bread, Halved
- 1/2 whole Avocado, Sliced
- Thoroughly combine everything but the avocado and pita bread in a small bowl.
- Stuff mixture into pita pocket and place the avocado inside.
