Griff's perfect lemon chicken

  1. Whisk together broth, lemon juice, wine, flour, herbed de provence, salt, and pepper
  2. Lightly coat chicken with breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Remove the chicken to a plate.
  6. Add beans, mushrooms, and asparagus to pan and cook for about 5-8 minutes.
  7. Place chicken and any juices back into the pan with the vegetables.
  8. Pour broth mixture over.
  9. Cover and simmer on medium- low heat for about 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
